Mission
 
Manage and improve the health of our community by providing comprehensive occupational ealth services, selected primary care services, emergency response, and coordination of additional medical support for the Dugway Proving Grounds community in support of the chemical and biological defense testing mission.

 

Hours of Operations
Monday - Thursday ONLY
7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

 

Military Sick Call Hours
Monday - Thursday ONLY
6:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Report at 6:30 AM

 

Capabilities*
 
Occupational Health services include Respiratory, Vision, and Hearing screenings. Occupational Health services also available are EKG, Laboratory, X-ray, Limited Pharmacy, Industrial Hygiene, 24/7 Emergency Medical Services, Military Sick Call.
