Regular Business Hours:  Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

 Closed:  The last Thursday of every month, clinic closes at 11:30 a.m.

                   Our Mission:  To provide excellent patient-centered health care to infants and children from birth to age 18 years assigned through Tricare Prime, or Tricare Plus.

Services we Provide:

  Well child visits   Sick Visits (same day appointments available)
  Annual School / Sports Physicals      Immunizations
  Medication Renewals / Guidance   Behavioral Health for Children / Parents
 

                               Walk In for:    Strep Testing     &     Suture / Staple Removal

 

                              Case Management for children with complex medical needs

 

                                     Completion of CYS, School / Sports physical forms

      

                              Immunizations:   Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 pm  (unless clinic is closed).

                                         Children less than 18 months:  MUST have current well baby check to receive immunizations.     Children greater than 18 months:  may WALK IN for immunizations  

SECURE MESSAGING:  you now have the ability to contact your child’s Provider via secure email without having to wait for return call or coming out in the cold weather!  Pediatrics clinic will provide you with information to sign up for this important means of communicating with your child’s medical Provider.  http://www.relayhealth.com

  Directions:  The Clinic is located in the Woods Soldier Family Care Center. Patients should park in the “G” parking lot, enter the East entrance (farthest from the mountains) and take stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor. Clinic Entrance is across from elevators.
