Welcome to OB Education !

Congratulations on your pregnancy! To start your OB care at Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), you must first schedule your OB Intake by calling 719-524-8666, 524-CARE(2273), or 526-CARE(2273). Your OB Intake should be between 6-8 weeks after the first day of your last menstrual period. At this appointment, we will be asking questions about your family medical history such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, and genetic problems. Please discuss this medical history with your family prior to your appointment.

You will have some questionnaires to fill out
(OB Forms); therefore, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will be providing you with educational materials and information on access to care. If you have special concerns or needs, we will address them at this appointment. Your OB physical appointment with your health care provider will be scheduled at 10-12 weeks of pregnancy. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 719-524-8666, 524-CARE(2273), or 526-CARE(2273).
