Mountain Post Birthing Center
Welcome to the Mother-Baby Unit
We are staffed 24/7 with a team consisting of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses who are always available to answer patients’ questions at 526-7030. Our goals are your safety, comfort, and education. Our patients include newborn babies and their new Moms. Visiting hours are from 0800 until 2000 hours daily. The children of patients may visit when accompanied by an adult. To assist us in protecting your newborn infant, the ward has an infant abduction alarm system. For more information, see Infant Security.
The Mother-Baby Unit provides quality, family-centered care to the Army and Air Force community. Our capacity is 16 moms and their newborns. We have a nursery capable of caring for 6 infants requiring special needs.
