The CSMHS Office facilitates patient centered health care, a positive patient experience and overall beneficiary health through optimization of the direct care system; prioritizes medical readiness and efficiently manages human capital and resources, leverages information technologies and reduces cost by recapturing private sector care and building economies of scale.
