The Eye Clinic is located on the second floor of the Main Hospital . Patients should park in the West parking lot just west of the main entrance Enter the main entrance and take the first stairwell or elevator to the second floor from the top of the stairs make a right. The Eye Clinic is located between the ENT and Surgical Clinics.

The Eye Care Services will provide the highest quality comprehensive eye care for all eligible beneficiaries through multidisciplinary customer focused services. We will provide a spectrum of specialty and surgical eye care, education and counseling regarding the eyes and services to ensure the visual readiness of our soldiers.

Primary services
• Routine Optometry exams
• Military issue eyewear for Active duty and retirees
• Cataract Surgery and other routine (non-subspecialty) eye surgery
• Care for eye disease (eg Glaucoma, Diabetic Retinopathy)
• Refractive Surgery (LASIK/PRK) for Active Duty Servicemembers as part of the War-Fighter Refractive Eye Surgery Program (WRESP)
• The Optometry and Ophthalmology clinic are co-located.

Who can be seen here?
Active Duty military, Tricare Prime, and Tricare Plus over the age of 4 years old. Availability in Optometry may be limited.

Walk-in Services
• Flight Physicals and other military Physicals
• Drivers licenses, CDL, occupational and civilian aviation examinations
