D-SCMH Main and D-SCMH Support are closed for training every Thursday afternoon.
D-SCMH Aviation is closed every Wednesday afternoon for training.

The DiRaimondo clinics are located in very closed proximity of each other between O’Connell Blvd. and Barkeley Ave. If visiting DiRaimondo Main patients should park in the parking lot directly in front of the clinic. Those visiting DiRaimondo Support will need to find parking directly behind building 1150 or annex parking area in close proximity; DiRaimondo Aviation is a white building immediately behind the old SRP. Park in front of building 1042 on O’Connell Street then walk to the back of the old SRP building.

The DiRaimondo Soldier Centered Medical Home Complex provides medical care for Active Duty Soldiers.

Behavioral Health for Active Duty Soldiers
Case management for Active Duty Soldiers with complex medical needs
Pharmacy services at DiRaimondo Main

After hours, weekends, holidays if you feel your life is in danger (life, limb, or eyesight) report to the Emergency Room at Fort Carson unless you are out of town or too far away to make it to Fort Carson, if over 20 weeks gestation report to Labor and Delivery, otherwise if under 20 weeks or not pregnant, please report to Emergency Room.
