The PWP provides guidance on your overall wellness including Cardiovascular risk, Cancer risk, Nutrition status, Fitness status, Body composition, Osteoporosis risk, Health age, and any recommendations for medical follow up. The PWP establishes baseline values to assist in your exercise program and identifies any health risks which may require a medical clearance in creating your exercise program. The baseline numbers include: 1. Blood Pressure 2. Cholesterol 3. Grip Strength 4. Body Composition 5. health History Not interested in exercise but want to know your current wellness levels?
