Welcome to the Mountain Post Wellness Center!  Our Mission here is to embrace the military Community through a World-Class health experience focused on Mind, Body, and Spiritual
Wellness.

We offer many different services at the Mountain Post Wellness Center that focus on the active component service member, their families, and retirees who have honorably served this great nation.  Our goal is to improve your health throughout the continuum of health promotion, wellness, and Prevention.
