Call the number listed to make your appointment. Note: If wait times are shorter, you may be booked at the United States Air Force Academy or Peterson Air Force Base for your radiological study. The ordering provider will have access to the results no matter where you have the study performed.

Received a referral for a specialty clinic? You will soon receive a phone call from the Patient Access Service to schedule an appointment if we offer the specialty here at Evans Army Community Hospital. If the capability does not exist in this facility or there is no availability within 28 days, you will receive a letter in the mail with instructions for booking with a network specialist.
