        Follow-up to a kept SPEC appointment.

Special Instructions for Lack of Availability:
 
     Contact a Team Lead/Supervisor.  They will contact the AMB for assistance.
     If you have a patient on the phone, ask them for a good contact number.  (Provide this to the  Team Lead/Supervisor)  
     Tell the patient that you will contact them back as soon as you have an open appointment slot.
