| Established patients with new consults are to be booked in an EST appt with the provider who has historically been seeing them, even | |||||||||||||||
| if the consult is for a new problem. An established patient is described as having received care within the last year. If there are no | |||||||||||||||
| appointments available within 30 days with that provider, transfer caller to the clinic. | |||||||||||||||
