-The Ombudsman Team provides a neutral and informal process to assist Warriors in Transition and their Family Members.
-Emphasis will focus on health care issues, physical disability processing, medical retention, finance, legal, transition benefits, VA and TSGLI.
-The Ombudsman Representative will attempt to link the Soldier or Family Member with the appropriate subject matter expert or agency.
-The Ombudsman Representative will conduct
follow up with the Soldier or Family Member to ensure the issue of
concern has been resolved.
