Refractive Eye Surgery (PRK/LASIK)
Mission:
The Refractive Surgery Center is committed to careful
evaluation and to provide the highest quality corneal refractive surgery for all
active duty service members for the purpose of enhancing their ability to
provide for the defense of the United States.

Eligibility will be determined by an ophthalmologist or optometrist.
An eligible member’s unit commander must endorse the request and
determine the level of priority. Once a command-endorsed request is
received, the Fort Carson Laser Vision Center staff will review
requests for final determination of clinical appropriateness and
priority.
Hours of Service: 0715-1600 Hours,
Monday through Friday.
