OPTOMETRY CLINIC
Mission:
We are committed to providing only the highest quality
of eye care to our active duty soldiers, family members, and retirees, and
maintaining the health and readiness of our deployable forces.
Vision Statement: The Optometry Clinic will put forth a continuous
effort to improve the timeliness and quality of care given through patient
focused services, genuine compassion, and quality improvement initiatives

Patient Population: Care will be provided to all eligible
beneficiaries from the age of 3 and up.
|
|
We
provide for the ordering, dispensing, and repair, of military
spectacles and protective mask inserts for active duty personnel and
retirees.
We
provide contact lens
service for Keratoconic, Aphakic and other medical need patients.
Hours of Service: 0715-1600 Hours,
Monday through Friday.
