Directions (to the clinic/service)
The Chiropractic Clinic is located on the third floor of the SFCC. Patients should park in the “G” parking lot (purple signs) just east of the SFCC; enter the main east entrance and go up the main staircase or take the elevators on the right to the third floor. Turn right from the stairs or elevator to the Chiropractic Clinic – which is on the west end of the building.

The Chiropractic Clinic delivers a full range of spinal health care services to active duty service members ONLY. The clinic consists of two doctors and two technicians. Our goal is to maximize the health of our active duty service members.

Walk-in Services
Coordinate with the clinic for acute care walk-ins. Service members must have a current referral to the Chiropractic Clinic.
