Per COL Cho, he wants to create an “Ask Evans” page for our customers. To do so, you need to provide the required data in a template that will enable me to place it in an html format, allowing the search tool to efficiently scan the data in Ask Evans page. The intent is to allow non-medical personnel to more easily find the information they need. Therefore, while you may use esoteric terms, you need to use the non-esoteric terms as well. Doing so will enable the web-base tool to scan the document and quickly provide the customers the desired response.
